Delivery Format

Frontal, in-person executive workshop delivered for organizations. The program can be conducted on-site at the client’s offices or at a designated executive venue.

Program Structure

Core program consists of 3 in-person sessions, each lasting 4 academic hours, for a total of 12 academic hours.

Expanded Program Option

A comprehensive extended version is available: 5 in-person sessions, totaling 20 academic hours, allowing deeper coverage, additional hands-on work, and expanded executive projects.

Cohort Size

Limited to up to 15 executives to ensure confidentiality, meaningful discussion, and high-quality executive interaction.

Language

Frontal instruction and discussion: Hebrew.
All tools, prompts, platforms, and digital materials: English.

Prerequisites

Senior leadership role and responsibility for decisions or approvals.
No technical background, coding, or data science experience required.

Dr. Barak Or

A researcher, lecturer, and entrepreneur specializing in Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Or holds three degrees from the Technion and a PhD in machine learning.

As the Academic Director of AI program for Google-Reichman Tech School and Lecturer at Reichman University, he bridges the gap between academic theory and industrial scale. He has authored numerous patents and founded metaor.ai, and other AI startups, and serves as an advisor and lecturer for defense organizations and tech companies in Israel and abroad.
